1. Returns Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is: In its original condition Unused and unmodified Returned in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) Please note: Returns are only accepted with prior authorisation from our team.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please email us at info@dollies.co.uk with the following: Your order number Reason for return Photos if the item is damaged or defective We’ll reply within 1 working day with instructions and return address details.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
4. Exchanges
If you need a replacement due to a fault or damage, we’ll send out a replacement item free of charge once the original has been returned. 5. Return Shipping Costs
If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the item is being returned for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
